  4. Clarity is Key: Avoid technical jargon where possible. If you must use it, explain it simply. For example, instead of just saying "LiFePO4," you could say "Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) technology, which is known for its safety and long life."

  5. Always Include a Clear Call to Action (CTA): What should the customer do next? Tell them explicitly. This could be "Reply to schedule a call," "Click here to view our product brochure," or "Let me know if you have any questions."

  6. Maintain a Consistent Signature: Your signature should be uniform across the team. It should include your full name, title, contact number, and a link to our website.
